Our Supported Living Service is designed to provide personalised care for adults & children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, eating disorders and mental health conditions who live in their own homes, in independently and local authority owned accommodation, and in supported living properties which have been specially modified by us working with reputable and experienced landlords and housing associations.
Our kind-hearted and experienced staff members work in partnership with each client’s ‘circle of support’ to make a positive and real difference in their daily lives. We focus on each person’s abilities, focussing on what they can achieve and support them to reach their goals.
